With Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes‘ big New Year’s Eve show coming up at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, I thought people might enjoy taking another look, or their first look, at in-depth interviews I’ve done from December 2016 to December 2017 with three current members of the Jukes: keyboardist and vocalist Jeff Kazee, guitarist Glenn Alexander, and saxophonist John Isley.

The New Year’s Eve show begins at 9 p.m., and tickets are $39 to $99; visit countbasietheatre.org.

In other news, the band has announced a March 17 (St. Patrick’s Day) concert at the B.B. King Blues Club and Grill in New York. Tickets, priced $39.50 in advance and $45 day of show, go on sale Dec. 26 at noon; visit bbkingblues.com.
