Cape May Stage will present “Becoming Dr. Ruth” — Mark St. Germain’s 2014 play about Karola Ruth Westheimer, who became famous in the ’80s as a sex expert, when she was in her 50s — to kick off its just-announced 2024 season.
Other plays will include “Rita Hayworth — The Heat Is On!,” about the famed actress; and “Ms. Holmes & Ms. Watson — Apt. 2B,” reinventing Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson in the present, as Shirley Holmes and Joan Watson.
