Southern Avenue and Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, who have both been nominated for 2020 Grammy Awards, have been added to the lineup of the 2020 Crawfish Fest, taking place at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta, May 29-31.
Ingram is nominated in the Traditional Blues Album category, for Kingfish. Southern Avenue will compete for the Contemporary Blues Album award, for Keep On.
Tab Benoit, Samantha Fish and Jonathon Long had been previously confirmed. Six more acts have been added along with Southern Avenue and Ingram: Big Sam’s Funky Nation, Elektric Voodoo, Pine Leaf Boys, Amanda Fish, Ally Venable and United by Music.
The final 11 acts are expected to be announced in January.
