Tracy Morgan confirmed his “Picking Up the Pieces” comeback tour on social media this morning, tweeting: “Heading back out on the road to bring the funny. Come see me: http://tracymorgan.com/tour/ #pickingupthepieces.”
The tour begins Feb. 5 in Hammond, Ind., and includes bookings through May 28. “More dates coming soon …,” tracymorgan.com promises.
There will be three New Jersey dates: Feb. 12 at Harrah’s in Atlantic City; April 2 at BergenPAC in Englewood; and April 16 at the State Theatre in New Brunswick. Tickets will go on sale Oct. 23 for Englewood and New Brunswick, Oct. 30 for Atlantic City.
Morgan will also perform at the Hot 97 April Fools’ Day Comedy Show at the Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York.
In June 7, 2014, Morgan was involved in a major car accident on the New Jersey Turnpike, and has spent most of his time since then convalescing at his Cresskill home.
