Schedule announced for Asbury Music Awards Show

The duo Williams Honor will perform at the Asbury Music Awards, Dec. 17 at the Stone Pony, at 8:10 p.m

The Asbury Music Awards is many things. Among them: a marathon. This year’s show — which is the 23rd in the series, and takes place Dec. 17 at the Stone Pony – will feature 11 sets of music, as well as award presentations in more than 40 categories.

Here is the schedule. Performances are in bold.

6:45 p.m.: Opening remarks by host Taylor Allen
7 p.m.: Taylor Tote
7:15 p.m.: Awards for Male Solo/Acoustic Act, Female Solo/Acoustic Act, Young Band (Under 21), Indie Folk
7:20 p.m.: Chris Brown
7:30 p.m.: Awards for Blues/Soul Act, Keyboardist, Multi-Instrumentalist, Music Website or Facebook Page in Support of Live Music, Punk Band
7:45 p.m.: UFOTOFU
8 p.m.: Awards for Hangout Bar, Americana Act, Avant Garde Act, Poet, Club DJ
8:10 p.m.: Williams Honor
8:25 p.m.: Awards for “Behind The Scenes” Lifetime Achievement, “Beyond/Classic” Release, Record-Single Release-Digital Release
8:30 p.m.: Pat DiNizio
8:50 p.m.: Awards for Rock Band, Live Act, Sound Enginee, Top JamGroove Band, Classic Asbury Artist, Journalist in Support of Live Music, Music Video
9:05 p.m.: Sandy Mack Band
9:20 p.m.: Awards for “Beyond” Asbury Artist, Male Vocalist, Best Thing to Happen 2014-2015, Living Legend Award
