Green Day will perform at the Starland Ballroom on Sept. 28, with tickets on sale Sept. 9 at 9 a.m.
Green Day will launch their next album, Revolution Radio, with a 12-date club tour that will include shows at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, Sept. 28, and Webster Hall in New York, Oct. 8. The album comes out on Oct. 7.
Starland Ballroom tickets, priced at $65, go on sale Sept. 9 at 9 a.m.; visit starlandballroom.com. No ticket price is available yet for Webster Hall.
The band also announced a European arena tour for early next year, and will presumably perform another U.S. leg after that.
A press release described the album as a “12-track blitz of angst-ridden anthems that unites Green Day’s fully formed stylistic approach with lyrical themes that address the complexities and uncertainties of modern day existence.” Here is a video for lead single “Bang Bang.”
