Greta Van Fleet, a band from Frankenmuth, Mich., hasn’t released its first full-length album yet, but still has generated enough buzz that its May 11 show at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville was a quick sell-out.
According to a Rolling Stone feature in January, these guys “make huge, throwback, blues-riff-riding rock that often sounds preposterously, uncannily close to newly unearthed Led Zeppelin tracks” and “look, act and sound like they were grown in the lab of some classic-rock-loving mad scientist.”
