Bruce Springsteen will play DJ on SiriusXM satellite radio, May 20.

Vol. 4 of Bruce Springsteen’s SiriusXM radio show, “From His Home to Yours,” can be heard on the satellite service E Street Radio (channel 20), May 20 at 10 a.m.

A promotional message on the SiriusXM web site says: “Hear Bruce pay tribute to Little Richard, as well as play songs from his collection from artists like Glen Campbell, Tom Petty, Dion, Warren Zevon, Mozart, and more.”

Though he is not officially on a schedule, and no more shows are guaranteed, Springsteen has been on a once-every-other-week schedule since early April. To see what songs he played and what he said on his previous shows, click here for April 8, here for April 24 and here for May 6.

Each of the previous shows has lasted about 90 minutes.

He sounded more upbeat on May 6 than he did on the previous shows, starting off the program by stating “As hard as it is to believe right now, your children will go back to school. Churches will be open and full. You will once again hug and kiss family members at your gatherings. You will shout over the noise of a crowded bar to order a drink and speak to your friends. … And 50,000 people will once again scream their heads off somewhere in New Jersey.”

He also said, later in the show: “When this experience is over, I am gonna throw the wildest party you have ever seen, and you, my friends, are all invited.”

Artists whose music he has played in the first three shows have ranged from Bob Dylan and Jackson Browne to Wyclef Jean, Public Enemy, George Jones, Joe Strummer, Lightnin’ Hopkins and The Bee Gees. He has also played his own music occasionally.

SiriusXM is usually a paid service but can be streamed for free through May 31. Visit siriusxm.com.
