Starting June 18 at 8 p.m., Uncle Floyd Vivino will show vintage episodes of his TV show online, via Zoom.
According to a message posted today on the comedian and musician’s “Uncle Floyd’s Garage Sale Music” Facebook page, “Every Thursday Uncle Floyd hosts a live screening of classic Uncle Floyd Show episodes and clips. These shows have not been seen in more than 40 years. Uncle Floyd takes phone calls and answers questions between shows. This is a live, online event held over Zoom.”
Tickets are $10.
“The Uncle Floyd Show,” an offbeat, low-budget show with goofy humor and frequently stellar musical guests, was shown from the mid-’70s to the late-’90s on various New Jersey and New York television outlets, sometimes with syndication to other parts of the country as well. Musical guests ranged from Bon Jovi to The Ramones, The Smithereens, Tiny Tim, Cyndi Lauper and Squeeze.
Vivino currently has an online talk show as well as a radio show that airs on WFDU (89.1 FM). For information, visit unclefloyd.net.
There are currently some excerpts from classic editions of “The Uncle Floyd Show” on YouTube. Here is one:

Hello Uncle floyd this is Domenic Lombardo My Father was Umberto of Naples as Past Away as you can play the videos when he came on your show
Awe, sorry to hear Umberto passed. He was my neighbor
Is there a schedule of episodes he’ll show?
Not that I’m aware of.
i have videos of shows from late 1977 on. because of the location of my house, reception was mediocre at best. many are fuzzy to very fuzzy. not all but enough, yet the audio comes through even on these.
if someone wanted them i could send on a thumb drive(i transferred them from tape to computer a while back). you could determine if they are worth watching. they are funny.
Hi: I appeared on the show around ’79-’80 in a band called Dizzy and the Romilars. Do you happen to have that episode? If so, pls contact me at janturaninfo@yahoo.com. Thanks.
Any Cham e you have the show with the Misfits?
Please send me these! after78@gmail.com
does anyone know which episodes had E-man?
Sorry, no.
What do you have, I would love to see anything of Uncle Floyd to possibly connect the songs the life in my head without a band to connect to
Any Chance you have the show with the Misfits? Would be Late 70s… Early 80S?
