Carolyn Dorfman Dance’s Dance Union Festival will take place online, April 13-16

Carolyn Dorfman Dance’s fourth annual Dance Union Festival will take place virtually, April 13-16, with master classes and open rehearsals, and culminate with a performance members of the Union-based company with dancers from high schools, dance studios and other companies, April 16 at 6 p.m.

The classes and an upcoming professional development workshop are presented in partnership with Union County Teen Arts.

Classes will include “Because Dance is Fun,” which will features instructors in Zumba, Jazz and Hip Hop; and “Dorfman Technique and Repertory,” which, according to a press release “will focus on center driven movement, breath phrasing, musicality and the integration of mind, body and spirit.”

All events are free, but registration is required.
