Asbury Band Aid virtual benefit is scheduled for April 20

Asbury Band Aid will take place online, April 20.

The Weeklings, Williams Honor, Jarod Clemons and Anthony Krizan will be among the performers in Asbury Pand Band, a virtual benefit concert supporting musicians and other artists on the Jersey Shore. It takes place April 20 at 7 p.m.; watch at asburybandaid.com.

There will be no charge, but donations will be accepted.

Other performers will include Danny Clinch & the Tangiers Blues Band, Dentist, the Billy Walton Band, the Bob Polding Band, Bobby Mahoney & the Seventh Son, The BStreet Band with Brian Kirk, Colossal Street Jam, Des & the Swagmatics, Eddie Testa, Emily Grove, Jill Hennessy, Pat Roddy, Rachel Ana Dobken, the Shady Street Show Band, Splintered Sunlight, The Nerds, The Smokin’ Jackets, Waiting on Mongo, Joe Boris (from One-Eyed Jack), the Beach Rats, Chris Buono and Jess Alaimo.

Among others making appearances will be Gov. Phil Murphy and novelist Harlan Coben.

And also at asburybandaid.com, items are being sold to benefit the cause, including a private acoustic concert by The Weeklings’ Glen Burtnik; season pass to The Stone Pony; VIP passes to Bar Anticipation and The Headliner; and Asbury Band Aid T-shirts, sweatshirts and posters.
