Genesis’ reunion tour is not scheduled to come to New Jersey, but there will be shows in New York in Philadelphia. The band will perform at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Dec. 2; Madison Square Garden in Manhattan, Dec. 5; and the UBS Arena in Elmont, N.Y., Dec. 10.
Tickets go on sale May 7 at noon, with pre-sales starting May 5.
The tour, titled The Last Domino?, will represent the group’s first North American dates in 14 years. Phil Collins (vocals), Tony Banks (keyboards) and Mike Rutherford (bass, guitar) will be joined by Collins’ son, Nic, on drums, and Daryl Stuermer on lead guitar and bass.
Genesis has not released a new studio album since 1997. They had originally planned to start their reunion tour in Europe in November and December of 2020, but had to postpone that because of the pandemic. The Last Domino? is now scheduled to include European dates in September and October of this year, before going to North America in November and December.
