The Cookman Ave. Live! music series is a series of free, outdoor, acoustic shows that will take place in downtown Asbury Park throughout the summer. The initial set of shows, in late May and June, have been announced, with more expected to be added later.
The performances will take place across the street from the Parlor Gallery, which is located at 717 Cookman Ave.
These shows will take place Fridays at 7 p.m.:
May 28: Mister Tickle Hands
June 4: Joe Rapolla & Friends
June 11: Kevin Grossman Hand-pan Group
June 18: Ser Xerri Trio
June 25: From the Ground
And these shows will take place Sundays at 3 p.m.:
May 30: Bobby Mahoney
June 6: Paul Rosevear
June 13: Brother Andrew
June 20: Emily Grove
June 27: Tommy LaBella & the Mighty Burners
The series is presented by the Asbury Park Music Foundation and the city of Asbury Park.
