The 2022 Light of Day concert in Montclair has been postponed.

The Jan. 7 concert at the Outpost in the Burbs in Montclair that had been scheduled to kick off the 2022 Light of Day WinterFest has been postponed, because of the pandemic. According to a message on the Outpost web site, “All purchased tickets will be honored on new date (TBD). If you would like to request a refund, please email info@outpostintheburbs.org.”

The show had been scheduled to feature Glen Burtnik and Bob Burger of The Weeklings, Jeffrey Gaines, James Maddock, Guy Davis, Blue Americana (Glenn Alexander and Oria Aspen) and host Joe D’Urso.

Light of Day’s WinterFest has begun, annually, with an Outpost in the Burbs concert since 2015.

(JAN. 4 UPDATE: All other WinterFest shows have now been postponed as well.)

Proceeds from Light of Day concerts raise money and awareness for the battle against Parkinson’s disease and related illnesses ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) and PSP (progressive supranuclear palsy). Since its creation in 2000, Light of Day has raised close to $6 million.
