The Bouncing Souls have been added to the lineup of the Frantic City music festival in Atlantic City, Sept. 24, and set times have been announced.
The event takes place outdoors at the Orange Loop Amphitheater, with Fred Armisen of “Saturday Night Live” and “Portlandia” fame hosting, and other attractions including vendors (selling records, art, clothing and more), “food options for all diets” and axe throwing.
Gates will open at 11 a.m. and this will be the schedule:
STAGE ONE
Noon: Control Top
1:25 p.m.: Protomartyr
2:55 p.m.: Superchunk
4:45 p.m.: Shannon & the Clams
6:45 p.m.: Rocket From the Crypt
9 p.m.: Yo La Tengo
STAGE TWO
12:40 p.m.: Titus Andronicus
2:10 p.m.: Samiam
3:50 p.m.: Murder City Devils
5:40 p.m.: The Bouncing Souls
7:50 p.m.: Snail Mail
Also, the Bourré nightclub and restaurant will host a pre-festival show, Sept. 23 at 7 p.m., with Samiam, The Ergs and Night Birds, plus comedian Natalie Cuomo hosting. And after the festival, at 10 p.m. on the 24th, Bourré will present Live Piano Karaoke with Joe McGinty, while the Anchor Rock Club will have a New York Night Train Soul Clap & Dance Off, hosted by DJ Jonathan Toubin.
