Art All Night Trenton will return in June.

After vowing to help Trenton “emerge stronger and more unified than ever” after a shooting incident that left one person dead and 22 injured last year, Art All Night Trenton has announced its 2019 dates: June 15-16 at its usual home, the Roebling Wire Works.

The annual event features displays of more than 1,000 pieces of art and also offers musical performances on two stages, workshops and more. It typically draws more than 30,000 people over its 24-hour span.

A message on artallnighttrenton.org reads: “After the tragedy at Art All Night 2018, you responded with a simple and resounding call for the return of this wonderful community event for Trenton. The task of rebuilding Art All Night is a big one, but we will do it.”

Also, according to the site, “forms for submitting art, volunteering, performing on stage, creating installations and demos as well as vending at this year’s event are live. Please submit to be a part our effort to #RebuildAAN and share the details with your friends.”
