Bob Dylan schedules show in Atlantic City

Bob Dylan has added a New Jersey show to his fall U.S. tour: He’ll perform at the Etess Arena at the new Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, Nov. 17.

Tickets, priced from $45 to $115, go on sale Aug. 17 at 10 a.m.; visit ticketmaster.com.

Dylan’s previously announced fall U.S. dates range from Oct. 4 in Phoenix to Nov. 11 in Richmond, Ky. This is his first confirmed fall date in the Northeast. (Update: Shows have been added at the Beacon Theatre in New York, Nov. 23-24, 26-27 and 29-30 and Dec. 1; at The Met in Philadelphia, Dec. 3; and in Rochester, N.Y., Utica, N.Y., Waterbury, Conn. and Springfield, Mass. His last album, the two-CD compilation Live 1962–1966: Rare Performances From the Copyright Collections, came out in July.

His last New Jersey concert was in July 2016 at Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City.

Dylan turned 77 in May. He is currently on tour in Australia; his band includes bassist Tony Garnier, drummer George Recile, guitarists Stu Kimball and Charlie Sexton, and multi-instrumentalist Donnie Herron.
