Coldplay, who have spent most of this year bringing its A Head Full of Dreams tour all over the world, will have at least two more legs of the tour next year, with European dates in June and July, and North American shows from August through October. The North American leg will begin with a show at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, Aug. 1.

Other Northeast shows will take place at Gillette Stadium in Boston, Aug. 4; and FedExField in Washington, D.C., Aug. 6.
No opening dates have been announced yet.
Coldplay’s A Head Full of Dreams album came out in December and has yielded two major hit singles, “Adventure of a Lifetime” and “Hymn for the Weekend.” The band sold out MetLife Stadium twice in July.
