Following Demi Lovato’s hospitalization, Tuesday, from a suspected overdose, her July 26 appearance in the Atlantic City Beachfest series was cancelled. However, opening act Lauv will still perform.

According to a message on the series’ web site, acbeachconcerts.com, “Tickets will be valid to attend the Lauv performance on July 26th along with The Chainsmokers show on July 29th as part of the Atlantic City BeachFest Concert Series. Refunds are also available at point of purchase if preferred.”

Lauv is a singer-songwriter who has had some success with his singles “I Like Me Better” and “The Other.” He also co-wrote “No Promises,” a 2017 hit for Cheat Codes (with Lovato as featured vocalist).

(Update: Cheat Codes and DJ Chris Devine have been added to the July 26 concert, which will be free.)

Gates are scheduled to open at 7 p.m.

The Chainsmokers’ July 29 show is a daytime event, with gates opening at noon, and opening acts Bazzi and Gryffin performing before The Chainsmokers.

According to People, Lovato remains hospitalized, in stable condition.
