Eddie Vedder joins Springsteen and E Street Band at Seattle show

Eddie Vedder became the most high-profile guest star yet on Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s River Tour, last night, singing “Bobby Jean” with Springsteen as the first encore at the KeyArena in Vedder’s hometown, Seattle. It was the eighth time the Pearl Jam frontman has sung with Springsteen, but the first time that the song has been “Bobby Jean.”

The tour’s next show will be Monday at Madison Square Garden in New York — the date that was postponed from Jan. 24, due to heavy snow.
