Hugh Jackman will bring his first world tour, titled “Hugh Jackman — The Man. The Music. The Show.,” to the Prudential Center in Newark, Oct. 6. Tickets go on sale May 3 at 10 a.m., with pre-sales beginning April 29 at 10 a.m. Visit ticketmaster.com.
According to his website, HughJackmanTheShow.com, the tour will feature the Tony- and Emmy-winning and Academy Award-nominated, 50-year-old actor singing songs from “The Greatest Showman,” “Les Misérables,” “The Boy From Oz” and “more from Broadway and Film,” with an orchestra.
The tour begins May 7 in Glasgow, with North American dates starting June 18 in Houston and then, after dates in Australia and New Zealand, more North American dates in the fall.
Other Northeast stops will include June 28-29 at Madison Square Garden in New York; June 30 and Oct. 2 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia; and Oct. 5 at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y.
