Foo Fighters perform at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, tonight and July 13.

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl broke his leg during a show in Gothenburg, Sweden, June 12, and though he returned to the stage that night in a cast after being treated, the band canceled the remaining seven shows on its European tour. But the band’s July 4 concert at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C., went on as scheduled, with Grohl sitting in a specially designed “throne.” (See video below.)

Grohl told the D.C. crowd he designed the throne, which is decorated with guitars, lights and the Foo Fighters logo, while on pain medication. “I was as high as a kite when I drew that,” he said.

The band’s Sonic Highways Tour continues tonight, with a show at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden. After three concerts in Canada, the tour will then return to the Susquehanna Bank Center for a show on June 13, and then travel to the home of The Mets, Citi Field in Flushing, N.Y., on June 15 and 16.

The duo Royal Blood opens all four shows. For ticket information, visit ticketmaster.com.
