Upcoming New Jersey Festival concerts will feature tenors Jonathan Boyd, Brent Reilly Turner and Dane Suarez.

The Westfield-based New Jersey Festival Orchestra will stay busy throughout the holiday season with four shows in four different venues.

First, the orchestra will present a show titled “The Return of the Holiday Tenors,” with Jonathan Boyd, Brent Reilly Turner and Dane Suarez singing arias and seasonal material, Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church in Westfield and Dec. 19 at 3 p.m. at the Concert Hall at Drew University in Madison.

Then the orchestra will continue with shows titled “Steppin’ Back Out,” New Year’s Eve at 7 p.m. at the Westfield High School Auditorium and New Year’s Day at 2:30 p.m. at the Fellowship Cultural Arts Center in Basking Ridge. Broadway veterans Paige Faure and James Moye as well as dancers from Dance Theatre Harlem will perform at these shows, described on the orchestra’s website as a “revue of Broadway classics” featuring “favorites from America’s Great Songbook.”

David Wroe, the orchestra’s music director, will be the conductor for all four shows.

Proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID-19 test will be required.
