Maroon 5, OneRepublic and Kelly Clarkson will be among the performers at Audacy‘s 10th annual “We Can Survive” concert, which will take place at the Prudential Center in Newark, Oct. 14.
Tickets go on sale Aug. 25 at 10 a.m., with pre-sales beginning Aug. 23 at 10 a.m.; visit Ticketmaster.com.
The opening act will be determined through a fan vote at openingactradio.com.
The event will be hosted by NEW 102.7 FM (WNEW-FM) and, according to a press release, is “Part of Audacy’s ongoing I’m Listening mental health initiative (and) celebrates music’s power to unite people, strengthening mental health in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.”
We Can Survive previously has been presented at the Hollywood Bowl; past performers include Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Billie Eilish, Harry Styles and Alanis Morrisette.
“The decision to move the concert from Los Angeles to the New York City area is a testament to the event’s growth and its goal of reaching a wider audience,” said Michael Martin, Audacy’s senior vice president of programming and head of music initiatives, in a press release.
Audacy, which was created by CBS Radio and known as Radio.com before a 2021 rebranding, is a network for more than 200 radio stations and thousands of podcasts.
