The Bongos’ Outpost in the Burbs show has been postponed to April.

With a big question mark still hanging over all 2020 concerts due to the coronavirus crisis, The Outpost in the Burbs in Montclair has postponed three fall shows.

The Bongos move from Sept. 11 to April 9.

Alex Cuba moves from Oct. 10 to June 19, outdoors at the Van Vleck House & Gardens, as part of the Outpost’s “New Voices” series.

Robyn Hitchcock moves from Oct. 9 of this year to Oct. 8, 2021.

Tickets will be honored on the new dates. Refunds are also available, though the Outpost asks that ticket holders consider giving them to someone else as a gift or donating the refund to the Outpost, which is a not-for-profit community service organization and still has monthly expenses even when not presenting shows.

The Outpost plans to resume presenting concerts on Dec. 4, with Red Molly; followed March 18 by Suzzy Roche and Lucy Wainwright Roche; and March 25 by Shawn Colvin.

Except for the Alex Cuba show, all six currently scheduled shows will take place at the First Congregational Church at 40 S. Fullerton Ave.

A new date for Alejandro Escovedo, whose April show at the Outpost was postponed, has not been determined yet.
