My Chemical Romance — the most important rock band to emerge from New Jersey in the last 20 years — performed its first show since 2012, Dec. 20 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, with a 20-song setlist including hits such as “Welcome to the Black Parade,” “I’m Not Okay (I Promise),” “Teenagers” and “Helena.”

Sara Taylor of the band Youth Code made a guest appearance, singing on “You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison,” and the show included the live premiere of My Chemical Romance’s 2013 song “Make Room!!!!”
