Senses Fail and Saves the Day will perform at The Wellmont Theater in Montclair, Nov. 14-15.

Two of New Jersey’s leading rock bands of the last 25 years, Senses Fail and Saves the Day, will tour together in November and December. And naturally enough, the tour will include a New Jersey stop. It will take place Nov. 15 at The Wellmont Theater in Montclair.

Tickets go on sale May 23 at noon, with pre-sales beginning May 22 at noon; visit ticketmaster.com. (JUNE 6 UPDATE: A second show, Nov. 14, has been added.)

Senses Fail will perform their 2004 debut album Let It Enfold You in its entirety at every show of the tour, and Saves the Day will do the same with their 1999 sophomore release, Through Being Cool.

“To have the privilege to tour with one of our main influences in Saves the Day as they celebrate one of my favorite records of all time is absolutely a blessing,” said Senses Fail frontman Buddy Nielsen, in a press release.

“Together we plan on bringing the spirit of New Jersey to life on stage in a city near you,” said Chris Conley of Saves the Day in the same press release.

The Dallas-based band Narrow Head — representing, I guess, “the world” — will open the shows.
