THE SLAMBOVIAN CIRCUS OF DREAMS
Two bands, The Slambovian Circus of Dreams and Yarn, will co-headline the 15th annual free Festival in the Borough, taking place in Washington (Warren County), Sept. 14 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
There will be three stages, plus vendors selling crafts and other items, food, a beer garden and a children’s area that will including a miniature golf course. The stages will be in the main downtown parking lot by Scotty’s Stadium Club, with an acoustic tent by Gaia’s Gifts on Broad Street.
Here is the schedule:
MAIN STAGE
Noon: Chatham Big Band
1:15 p.m.: The Emulators
2:45 p.m.: The Bassboards
4:30 p.m.: Yarn
6:30 p.m.: Slambovian Circus of Dreams
8:30 p.m.: Southbound
SCOTTY’S STAGE
2 p.m.: Janci/Berry Duo
4 p.m.: JerZgirls
6 p.m.: Bulldog Mack
8 p.m.: Trevor B. Power Band
ACOUSTIC STAGE
11 a.m.: Diana Dove
Noon: Fantasha Dancers
12:45 p.m.: Hank Reineke
2 p.m.: WinterLong
3 p.m.: Kevin DeFeo
4:15 p.m.: Renegade Ramblers
In addition, there will be a kickoff party at William’s Irish Tavern at 8 p.m. Sept. 13, featuring the band The Dirty Blondes, with additional live music that night at Kathy’s Kove (an open mic) and Scotty’s Stadium Club. There will also be post-festival events on Sept. 14 at William’s Irish Tavern (the band Supernova) and Scotty’s Stadium Club (DJ Mitch Hess).
