A tweet today from Bruce Springsteen’s account read: “So brothers and sisters, wherever you are … let’s light up this house! Join Bruce live next week for a special #LetterToYou release event with @applemusic.”
The online event, presented by Apple Music’s New Music Daily playlist, takes place Oct. 22 at 11 a.m. ET and is open to Apple Music subscribers. For information, visit ticketing.apple.com/brucespringsteen. Free subscription trials are available at apple.com/apple-music.
The Springsteen account’s initial Tweet said the event is U.S. only but a followup Tweet said, “Fans outside of the US will also be able to watch the event! Stay tuned for more info soon.”

Below is a trailer for a documentary on the making of the album that will debut on Apple TV+ on Oct. 23. According to Backstreets.com, Springsteen will play clips from it on the Apple Music event, and also answer fan questions.
Springsteen will also makes an appearance on “Late Show With Stephen Colbert,” Oct. 21, according to the website interbridge.com, which keeps track of TV talk show lineups.
