Bruce Springsteen will release a soundtrack album, Western Stars — Songs From the Film, Oct. 25, to accompany the release of his “Western Stars” film. The soundtrack will feature the film versions of the 13 songs from the Western Stars album plus the cover of the 1975 Glen Campbell hit “Rhinestone Cowboy” that is performed in the film.

The band includes Patti Scialfa, acoustic guitar, vocals; Rob Mathes, Charlie Giordano and Henry Hey, keyboards; Marc Muller, electric and acoustic guitar, pedal steel and banjo; Ben Butler, electric guitar and banjo; Gunnar Olsen, drums; Kaveh Rastegar, bass; Joanna Maurer, Monica Davis, Maggie Gould, Joyce Hamman, Elizabeth Lim-Dutton, Laura Lutze, Annaliesa Place, Emma Sutton and Robin Zeh, violin; Maurycy Banaszek, Will Frampton and Celia Hatton, viola; Andrew Janss, Maureen McDermott and Alan Stepansky, cello; Rachel Drehmann and Zohar Schondorf, French horn; Barry Danielian and Curt Ramm, trumpet; and Soozie Tyrell, Lisa Lowell, Vaneese Thomas and Surrenity, vocals.
The film will be released Oct. 25 as well, with preview screenings Oct. 19 and 23.
