For the first time at The Prudential Center in Newark — and the first time as part of the North to Shore Festival — Hot 97’s 31st annual Summer Jam concert will take place on June 20. Performers will include A Boogie, Gunna, GloRilla, Muni Long, Asake, Ayra Starr, Ja Rule & Friends (with a tribute to the late Irv Gotti), Kash Doll, Bobby Konders & Jabba (featuring Masicka), Jim Jones & Friends, Cash Cobain and 41 (Kyle Rich, Jenn Carter, Tata). And if it is anything like past Summer Jam concerts, there will be lots of surprise, unannounced performers as well.
Tickets to on sale April 4 at 10 a.m., with pre-sales beginning April 1 at 10 a.m. Visit ticketmaster.com.
Last year’s Summer Jam took place at The UBS Arena in Elmont, New York. Previous Summer Jams have taken place at Giants Stadium and The Brendan Byrne Arena in East Rutherford, The Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York, and other venues.
