Gladys Knight, Chaka Khan, Patti LaBelle and Stephanie Mills are joining forces for a tour that will come to Newark and Atlantic City in the fall.
A tour titled “The Queens! 4 Legends. 1 Stage” — featuring Gladys Knight, Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan and Stephanie Mills — will include shows at The Prudential Center in Newark, Sept. 25, and Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, Oct. 4. “We will come together in support of one another and in harmony at a time when love is most needed,” said Knight, in a press release.
“Our different styles unite in love, compassion and understanding and it’s important to come together now,” said Mills.
The tour is currently scheduled to run from May 9 to June 1 and then resume from Sept. 19 to Oct. 5. The only other show in the New Jersey area will be May 24 at The Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
